SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders will be processed after confirmation of order details and payment.

Products will generally be shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, weather conditions, and other circumstances.

Shipping Method

Orders will be delivered via courier service.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are as follows:

  • Domestic shipping within Japan: ¥980 flat rate

  • Okinawa and remote island areas: Additional ¥1,000 shipping fee applies
    Additional shipping charges may apply for special delivery locations.

Distributors and bulk purchase

For distributor, wholesale, or business partner orders, advance arrangements are required.

Orders should be placed at least one month in advance to allow sufficient time for product preparation and delivery arrangements.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or other unexpected events.
